Leasing a Model S

Leasing a Model S

As a new guy here I've been reading the forums for the past couple weeks. I have my reservation and eagerly await whatever happens next. However, I haven't seen any topics about leasing a Model S (Production). I was told by my salesman that, yes, they can be leased, but they won't know what the residual will be, or the rate until the car is actually released. I understand the logic of purchasing a car like this with increased savings over time, etc. But in lieu of this does anyone know anything specifically about leasing a Model S? Will turning the car around in say 3 or 4 years mean that I'd have to wait in line again (assuming there is a line)? I haven't purchased a car in 25 years and I prefer it that way. My current vehicle is a 2009 Porsche Boxster. The lease is up 12/12 and I'm prepared to rent a car until my Model S reservation comes up. Any comments would sure help. Thanks...Dan
