Can anyone guide me to where I can find a link on my account page to send an email to Customer Service? Used to be easily seen last time I used it. I need to discuss the premium Connectivity duration. I clearly remember mine had a 4 years free showing on my account, because I was referred by a S class owner on day 1 reservation.
