I know there is a similar headline already.
I have the feeling something can go on in a completely different direction.
If Tesla wants to have a bigger trunk opening, they are limited by a metal bar and the glass roof that goes down all the way.
What if the glass becomes flexible and attached to the trunk hood?
It would allow to bend up and only needs to be hold on the position of the end of the front doors, just as seen in the prototypes.
Mobile phone glass is so flexible and some of the persons of the Tesla-team are experienced due to their time with Apple...
The stability issue about removing the metal bar can be solved differently.
I'm sure, otherwise, how is it done at the Model S...
I guess that's a new view, isn't it?
How likely do you think it is?
