I forgot to use my friend's referral link when I placed my order, so I called my sales rep and had him add it, after placing the order (but before delivery), which he did. I called the customer support after delivery to see if I got the credit or not, and they said it would show up in a week. However, this was 3 months ago and I still haven't gotten any credit, and neither has my friend. Customer support from the referral program says they can't do anything about it after I've taken delivery. I'm pretty unhappy about this, is there someone who can fix this?
