According to the M3 Reservation Terms and Conditions:
2. Effective Date
Your Reservation becomes effective when (1) you place your Reservation and (2) we receive your Reservation Payment.
I reserved my M3 on 3-31-16 at around 7:50 pm. I got on the website at 7:30, but it wouldn't work for me for about 20 mins. Anyone else have that issue?
My real concern though is this: My bank says Tesla was notified of the charge on 3-31-16, but the amount didn't clear for whatever reason until 4-2-16! I'm not sure what took so long, but it appears I will fall in line with those that reserved on 4-2-16. Boo. I'm thinking it was an issue with being flagged as a possible fraudulent charge.
Anyone else have problems with the charge not showing up until days later?
