I hope someone in Tesla engineering division finds this post. We are developing a new way of sensing/monitoring Li-ion battery cells. The new BMS is based on wireless communication between sensors and main boards. By eliminating components such as isolators, wires, and connectors, the total BMS cost can be reduced by 40-50% compared to conventional BMS solutions. A working prototype is available and ready to demonstrate. Do you think this is something Tesla might be interested in?
