It's been 4 days -- when should I expect my app to know I own a Tesla?
My app knew when I picked up the car. For the second car, I had to log out and log back in at pick up.
Some people are reporting the car disappears from the account and then reappears a couple of days later and that Tesla is telling them that's normal. The software engineer in me says there's something fishy there and if it were my department I'd be filing a bug ticket for the next release. But that's me.
Thanks. The Tesla dealer is on my way home. Maybe I'll stop by. They already hate me. They gave my husband and I exactly zero orientation when we picked up the car. We literally had to go back the next day and find someone else who could help us a little. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it but it still has no idea that we own a car. My husband is having the same issue.
Tesla does not have dealers
@Stanislaw5: delivery center should have confirmed your app was working before letting you leave.
Check your car's settings. The ability to "talk" to the app has to be enabled. They almost forgot to to it for me.
