Hi, I purchased a slightly used model x in february and tried to purchase EAP/FSD at the discounted price in march. i was unable to purchase as my splash page never reflected the correct price. I tried to get this fixed with Tesla customer service and finally 2 months after starting they said that used vehicles were not eligible for this price reduction. anyone else have a problem with this? they have not been able to send me a formal policy or show me on the website or in writing of this policy. would be interested in hearing other's experience.
