The beautiful key fob that comes with the car doesnt go with most keychains.. How are you carrying the keys? Have pictures?

I find these for a start
Simples - 2 rings: little one on the fob, linked to a big one holding the rest.
My wife and I use Apple IPod straps from Apple. They are leather with one white and one black in the package. She loops hers on her purse and I loop mine on my belt and it hangs in my pocket above the rest of the stuff and keeps it from getting scratched. It's very easy to remove and hang on the key rack. They are a little tough to put on the key initially but once on they work great. Mine is the black evil one and hers is the white goody one!
I plan on using this type:
Two small black zip ties, one for fob, one to attach to main key chain.
When I picked my S up from the Rockville Service Center after having the winter/summer wheel swap they gave me back the key with one of those straps on it. I thought I would remove it because I have no interest in carrying a bunch of keys with me, but it's not intrusive at all. If there is a store / service center near you drop in and ask for one.
Quite a few people at TMC seem to love this sleeve originally designed for USB sticks because it actually provides protection for the key. I've ordered based on their recommendations (and my desire to feel like my car will someday arrive and I must begin "nesting"!).
Sorry, try this link.
I got the lanyard type with a little wrist strap. It was relatively inexpensive and easy enough to put in. Can get 5 of them for like $5 total.
@elguapo - Yup, that's what I use. Works well enough.
I use these:
The straps just fit through the loop, but it works great since I have to attach/detach keys from it every once in a while.
The memory stick holders referenced above look nice, too.
I found a great solution. I put on a small ring, and then can add a larger one to the small one.
The small key ring is 12mm and I found one lying around the house but they can be found on amazon/ebay for about $10 for 50 of them (Tesla should give them away with the fobs). I can put one key on with one the 12mm ring or I can also attach a normal keyring and you can add as many as you wish.
I took the split ring about 3/16th of an inch off a Sandisk Cruzer flash drive, I had. I threaded it through the hole in the fob until it completed its closed circle. Now that I have a solid spring like split ring on the fob, I threaded a larger split ring on to the small one. With the larger one, I can easily add a couple of keys. No chain, no tie wrap or phone strap to break later.
I found a flash drive case made of black neoprene manufactured by Case Logic, sold for $3.99 at Frys Electronics which has a cut out to insert the Telsa FOB and expose the Telsa logo only. The case is well fitted to the dimensions of the key FOB (gives the preception of being custom fitted) that it provides protection to the FOB in case dropped on the ground from scratches or from being banged up in a woman's purse or man's pocket, being made of neoprene helps keep the FOB from slipping out your hand or a man's pocket by accident and with its attached key ring, can assist in hanging on a peg board when valet parked or at home.
In fact, when I met George Blankenship, VP of Sales at the Santana showroom celebration, he was so impressed with how well it looked & the protection it offers that he a large volume of the cases to use on all the FOBs for the demo cars in his showrooms. He may use as part of future delivery of vehicles.
I have a pic to show but not sure how to display here in the forum. For those interesed, I can email you the pic if you give me your email address.
A very inexpensive solution, offering great protection that is good looking & doesn't deter the high tech image the Telsa car has to offer.
Host the picture on some site like imageshack, and then grab the pic URL and display with this HTML:

You mean this one?C-Logic Flash Drive Case
I use the carabiner to clip it to my belt loop above my pocket. The FOB can rest in my pocket away from my other keys, chewing gum, etc....
I just got the C-Logic case and it fits perfectly as described above. Thanks!
@Alex K: Yes, one of the same. There was a suggestion by some at Santana management where they may contact Case Logic and replace the USB port symbol with the Tesla logo as a giveaway with every car. With the price of a replacement FOB at $475 each, a great looking, cheap solution to minimize damage or lost.
I also got the same connector from Amazon that craigi did - just arrived today, in fact. Works great, really easy to detach the fob without having to mess with the keyring.
wrapped or used chewing gum?
Put it in your pocket as is, DONE!
Thanks carlf9121. Got the two C-Logic Flash drive cases from Amazon and they fit great over the fobs. Needed them since fobs so small kept getting misplaced. Nice solution.
