My car had not been playing sound out of the rear speakers of the car l, so I took it into the service center and they ordered me a new amplifier. Two out of the three loaner cars I was provided since the problem was diagnosed had the same problem, the one car that didn't have the problem was equipped with the base model Sound package. Turning Dolby on and off changed the tone, but it still did not play as it was supposed to. After the new amplifier for my car had arrived they found that the connector for the rear channel was unplugged. I wanted to share the story because it seem to be more of a problem than just my vehicle. Thank you North Houston SC for all the help!
