I am suddenly getting "Unavailable" when I try to access Home Energy Gateway. Everything has been operating perfectly over past 35 days until now. The Powerwalls appear to be operating with green lights, but Home Energy Gateway not updating from 2 hours ago. Any ideas on what to do at this point to re-establish connection to Home Energy Gateway?
