Very disappointed with PowerWall support. Have two incidents open and can't get anyone to call or email me back.
When you call PW support, the Solar team picks up (rolls over to them), they have little luck getting a PW tech on the line.
Have sent emails numerous emails to firstname.lastname@example.org with no reply as well.
Have experenced a few anomolies during receint rain storms, one of the reasons for buying, and can't get answers.
Even escalited through My Tesla to Executives with zero response.
DIdn't used to be this way.
