Yep, we should boycott calling Tesla. I suspect the problem is a total overload of questions that are easily answered if someone read the manual or spent a few minutes in the forums. It makes it difficult to get through when you have a legitimate issue not answered in the manual or forums.
From my Tesla it was easy to talk with Service. Also the app and the account page.
