I have had my car only a week and am loving the driving experience. Part of my pleasure is that my car is very quiet even at speeds of up to 90 MPH. However, I just noticed after only a week that several things are happening to the seal around the moonroof. I noticed yesterday the sealing gasket around the roof starting to deform in the area of the track where the slide mechanism runs so that there is a gap created. I manually had to put the seal back in position or clearly would have had noise coming from that area. Also noted that the actual sealant seems softened, probably due to heat, and this will also lead to leaks in the roof. I am sure Tesla can fix these issues so it doesnt bother me but for those of you that have wind noise...don't let Tesla tell you it is normal because it aint. My car is totally quiet.
