I had to cancel my Model 3 reservation about 3 months ago (found out that their nearest service center is 1000km away and there's no plans to build one in my country). In the terms & conditions (https://www.tesla.com/sites/default/files/model_3_reservation_agreement_...) it says that I will receive full refund of the deposit fee. But so far I've received nothing, no contact from Tesla and they are not responding to my e-mails. Any advice what to do?
