It will probably work, but a microSD card will work better. See this: https://cammem.com

I've used two of these:
https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-MUF-128AB-AM-Plus-128GB/dp/B07D7PDLXC
and they work great. Vastly smaller than the Lexar also, and runs much cooler than the equivalent-sized SanDisk. It'll probably last 2-3 years before needing replacement.

For a MicroSD solution, you'd have a hard time beating:
https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Endurance-microSDXC-Adapter-Monitoring/dp...
with a MicroSD->USB adapter.

Really happy

It’s working perfectly

Excellent.

Too soon. Wait for a few months and then look at some video. See if any is corrupted. Many will work new, but not all can handle the full duty cycle use here. You really need something designed for constant write (typically marketed "high endurance" or "video monitoring"). Most thumb drives are targeting the low cost, high capacity, occasional use market where most of the volume is. You will pay a premium for someting reliable in this application.

Frank: The Samsung Bar has much better specs than the Fit, at about the same price: https://www.newegg.com/samsung-model-muf-256be4-am-256gb/p/N82E16820147704

It fills 64 GB in 3 days

Crazy on how sentry mode records anything of no value
