I bought two models (S and X). Got a referral number for the first one but, for some unknown reason, someone within
Tesla forgot to give me the referral for the second, more expensive car. The result? I can’t get the free model S toy car. Nobody seems to know what to do, nobody returns our calls and when they do, it’s do say that they are going to look into it and we never hear from them anymore. Anyone with the same problem? Anyone knows what to do?
