I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. I did get the new entertainment button on the menu but did not get Cupheads, careoke or YouTube. I did get Spotify. Does anyone know why?
I didn't get these either - also did not get the feature where music played over Bluetooth from an iPhone is supposed to show the album art on the touch screen. I thought perhaps Tesla would do a "fixes" update - if that doesn't happen by end of this week, I'm planning on contacting the service center to see what goes. I thought these update items were to apply to all cars. [I have a 2017 Model S]
If you’re using an iPhone, the Bluetooth album art requires iOS 13.
In regards to Cuphead/Careoke, You must have a Tesla built after March 2018. Any Tesla built prior to March 2018 comes with what is known as MCU 1. MCU 1 is not able to process intense graphics or intense requests like Careoke.
